The verdict of the TAS on Boca vs River is coming in these 90 days.

Although it seems utopian, it is not. Boca could win the Libertadores Cup spent at the desks.

The verdict of TAS (Court of Arbitration of Sport) on the Final of the Copa Libertadores last year is pending.

Boca and River represented by their presidents, Daniel Angelici and Rodolfo D’onofrio together with their respective legal teams participated on Tuesday and Wednesday of the aunts of the TAS in the building of La Liga de España.

The champion was River Plate. But Boca Jrs filed a complaint and awaits a verdict of the TAS within a period of 90 days that annulled that Final, declare champion Boca Jrs. and give him the corresponding economic prize as respective champion.

Boca and River exposed in Madrid their respective arguments and only remains awaiting the verdict of the TAS.

Fifa, Conmebol or any other entity of any sport must abide by their verdicts.

The TAS based in Switzerland is the highest sport court in the world.

While many think that it is not going to remove the title of Champion to River Plate, you can not totally rule out that possibility.

Boca Jrs. he has arguments (he was already disqualified against River in another Libertadores glass for very similar incidents) and his lawyers, the prestigious study of madrilenó Pintó & Ruiz del Valle, are international experts in this class of claims and will therefore do their best work.

On the River Plate side, their lawyers claim that the incidents occurred outside the security perimeter assigned to the event.
They argue that the responsibility of the City Government and also for that reason resigned the city’s security minister Martín Ocampo.

The Tas verdict is expected in these 90 days.
