Today has been a day with several news in the Puigdemont case in Germany.

It communicated in a press release sent by Schleswig’s Attorney General, Wiebke Holffener to NBI News and other media, that:
In the first hour of the day, the General Prosecutor of Schleswig Holstein sent a letter to the Court of Schleswig Holstein requesting the extradition of Carles Puigdemont for the crimes of: Rebellion and disturbance of public order and detention for appreciating in Puigdemont the risk of escape justice.
But the Schleswig Holstein court in a press release specified that it decided to keep Puigdemont free and based the reason:
“From the point of view of the court, within the framework of the process, there has not been a significant change in the evidence base or in the legal consideration of the facts that lead to a change in the position that was reflected in the decision of the Court March 5, April 2018 ”
In consultation with NBI News at the Regional Court of Schleswig Holstein, the spokesperson, Christine von Milczewski, confirmed to NBI News that:
with respect to the formal presentation of the Prosecutor’s letter:
“the court has not yet received an application of the Prosecutor General to determine the admissibility of Puigdemont’s extradition. “
and on the progress or status of the brief submitted by Puigdemont’s lawyer, Professor Wolfgang Schomburg requesting the annulment of the case due to the decision of the Belgian judge and prosecutor based on a ruling (the Bob-Dogi case) of the Justice Justice Tribunal of the European Union, Judge Christine von Milczewski told NBI News:
“The Court asked the Attorney General to issue a reasoned opinion on Mr. Schomburg’s request to revoke the arrest warrant, and the Court has not yet received the statement from the Attorney General.”
The “Puigdemont case” is a political / legal case that is generating great interest in the press and the Spanish, German, Belgian, Scottish and other public.
