Schleswig Holstein Court to NBI News: “So far, there is no application by the Prosecutor General for a decision on the admissibility of an extradition “

The Puigdemont case continues its course in Germany.
As reported by the weekly Spiegel, the government of Schleswig Holstein refused to inform to the Spanish police, the names of the German policemen who arrested Puigdemont.
In the legal field,
The possible request for extradition is still under study by the Attorney General.

As specified to NBI News portal the spokesperson for the Schleswig Holstein Regional Court,   Frauke Holmer:

 

The Prosecutor General is in charge of the current proceeding.

So far, there is no application by the Prosecutor General for a decision on the admissibility of an extradition.
